Mix the flour in a bowl with baking powder, salt and pepper. Add the yoghurt and egg and stir everything well until you have a smooth dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread out into a round flat cake about the thickness of a thumb and approx. 20 cm in diameter. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the desired brown color is achieved.
Great as a side dish to salad.
Instead of the pumpkin seeds, you can of course also use sunflower seeds, poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
