Roll out the pizza dough, cut the dough in half. Place half of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon oregano and top with the ham. Place the second half of the dough on top, pressing down the edges well. Drizzle the surface with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and some coarse sea salt.
Bake in the preheated oven at 250 degrees on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Circulating air not recommended.
Cut the finished focaccia into strips and serve.
I make this quick focaccia when I serve an Italian salad or as a snack in between.
