This recipe goes super fast and is therefore ideal if you don`t feel like cooking big or want to use leftover vegetables.
Boil Mie noodles in salted water and cut the vegetables into 1 - 2 cm pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok and sear the vegetables. Add the finely chopped garlic.
For the sauce, mix the following ingredients in a separate container: soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, pepper, wok spice, cornstarch and 1 small dash of water
Mix the vegetables, sauce and noodles in the wok until the sauce thickens. Arrange and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
A little tip: I always use a small glass with a screw cap to mix the sauce. So you just have to put the ingredients in the glass, close the lid and shake. Also works well with dressings.
