Melt the butter a little in the microwave and then, depending on the desired filling, mix it with the spring onions and fried onions, cut into fine half rolls and washed beforehand. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
I always like the butter very firm, with a lot of content - if you prefer it more buttery, you should first add less onions and then slowly increase to the desired fullness.
Suuuuper with fillet or when grilling it should never be missing with us!
Chill for approx. 30 minutes before serving so that the butter becomes firm again.
