Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix the baking powder with the flour, add half of it to the mixture by tablespoon. Knead in the rest. Then roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Wash, halve and core the plums. Place the halves on the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
