Put the coconut milk in a large pan or saucepan. Cut the halibut fillet into pieces and add it as well. Chop the spring onions and add them together with the spices. Bring everything to a simmer and then simmer gently for 7 minutes over a low heat.
Simply serve bread with it.
Tip: you can vary with the spices. A little lemon juice, if available, also goes well.
