Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Clean, trim and quarter the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions for about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes. Deglaze with wine and cream, simmer and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and chives, shake dry, pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop finely. Cut the chives into small rolls. BÜRGER Maultaschen cut into strips approx. 0.5 cm thick, add to the mushroom sauce in the pan and heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Arrange dumplings on a plate and garnish with chives and parsley.
