Cook the millet in vegetable stock according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the bell pepper, onion and feta cheese into small cubes.
Heat some butter or oil in a pan. Steam the onion until translucent. Add the peppers. Add the cooked millet and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chopped herbs.
Put the feta cheese in the pan and mix in. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted.
