Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the potatoes. Cook in salted water until they are firm to the bite. (I always let them boil until they slip off a fork when they are pierced)
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat in hot oil in a pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika, hot as pink as desired. Add the butter vegetables to the meat and fry until they are soft enough.
  3. Put the finished potatoes in a colander and let them cool quickly with cold water.
  4. Meanwhile, add the hollandaise sauce to the minced meat and buttered vegetables and stir.
  5. Cut the potatoes into slices and layer them with the minced meat and vegetable sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Baked in the preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius on the middle shelf for about 5 minutes.
