Peel the zucchini (if you want) and cut into small cubes. After cleaning, cut the mushrooms into strips (preferably with a household towel). Press the garlic.
Braise all of this in a little olive oil (not too long, because of the vitamins), the vegetables should still have bite.
That`s it, season to taste with salt and pepper, finally just before serving, stir in the creme fraiche (alternatively creme leisurely). Finished.
It is a side dish, goes well with steak or something similar. Also with fish.
