Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Briefly sweat the onions, bacon and mushrooms in the clarified butter. Deglaze with the cream and reduce the sauce until it is slightly creamy. Add the processed cheese and remove the pan from the heat source. Add the egg yolks while stirring vigorously. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Swirl the drained pasta in the sauce, serve immediately and enjoy.
