Steam the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add zucchini, salt, pepper and fry lightly. I like to add some Provence herbs to the zucchini. Add the ham and paprika and let simmer for about 2 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cream, simmer gently. Enter tomato paste and stir in the sauce. Add herbs and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Thicken the sauce further as needed. Add corn and tomatoes just before serving.
