Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, fry the onion in a little oil, squeeze in the garlic, add the herbs and the salmon cut into pieces and simmer for 2 minutes.
Now deglaze with cream substitute, milk and a dash of normal cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Now add the remaining spices. Season to taste and thicken with a little cornstarch until the consistency is nice and creamy.
Pour over the pasta and serve. If you like, sprinkle with cheese or gratinate briefly (but then it`s no longer low in fat).
