Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and cut into small cubes. Wash the radishes and cut into slices. Chop the apple and onion accordingly and fry them. Mix the ingredients together. Dissolve the vegetable stock in hot mineral water, mix with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and then sprinkle with the herbs.
