Preheat the oven. Sear the chicken fillet and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, stir together the BBQ sauce, orange juice, cayenne pepper, paprika powder and the broth, add a little cola if necessary. Put everything in a baking dish, pour the marinade over it and place in the oven. Now stew for about 10 minutes.
Then take the chicken out and tear it along the fibers. Put the meat back in the marinade in the baking dish and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Perfect as a no-frills burger or in a wrap with salad and yogurt sauce.
