Mix all dry ingredients together with baking powder and lemon zest in a bowl. Then mix in all the remaining ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough into about 6 rolls with damp hands, with oat flakes / almonds or similar. Sprinkle on top and bake in the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes, until they have a nice brown color.
Let the rolls cool down a bit and enjoy with jam, honey, sausage, etc.
