Mix the quark, yoghurt and egg in a mixing bowl with the dough hook to a homogeneous mass. Add baking powder, salt and gradually the wholemeal spelled flour, then knead in 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 5 large rolls on the sheet. The dough is very soft and sticky, but with damp hands you can get the dough on the baking sheet. The rolls still look nice afterwards.
Put the tray into the cold (!) Oven (middle rack, top and bottom heat) and set it to 220 °. Bake for 20 minutes, until the rolls are lightly brown and fragrant.
