Whip the cream, mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar to a cream. Fold in the cream. Layer the dessert like this: cream, frozen raspberries, cream. For the topping, melt the butter in a pan, add the almonds and sprinkle with the sugar. Caramelize over mild heat and then let cool. Pour the cooled almonds over the cream. The dessert can be served and eaten immediately with the raspberry quark while it is still cold.
