Wash raspberries, peel rhubarb and cut into pieces and cook everything in the microwave for a few minutes until soft (the exact time is not that important, the fruits should be soft).
The soft fruits now pass through the Lotte liquor or a sieve.
Mix the fruit puree with the preserving sugar and a squeeze of lemon and place in the microwave for approx. 4 minutes at 750 watts.
Stir every minute.
Pour the jam into a mason jar while it is still hot and close tightly. Finished.
