It is best to place a cake ring around the base from a springform pan.
Mix 2 cups of sour cream with 40 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and 2 cream stiffeners. That gives a relatively solid mass. Distribute this mass evenly on the floor.
Boil the red fruit jelly according to the package instructions with the 2nd packet of vanilla sugar and the other 40g sugar, however, IMPORTANT: with half the specified amount of water, i.e. 250ml!
Stir the frozen fruit into the finished grits and distribute directly on the sour cream.
