Warm the milk in a saucepan with a little sugar or honey. Add the couscous and let it soak (duration according to package instructions). In the meantime, chop or grate the apple and pear into small pieces. Mash the banana with a fork. Add the apple and pear to the couscous and let it steep for a moment. Add the banana only after it has swelled. Serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
