Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and place in a hot pan with a little fat. Season with salt (pay attention to the dosage if you are also seasoning with soy sauce), pepper and paprika. When the mushrooms are good enough, add the rice and bamboo shoots and let them get hot. Then add the meat (but it also tastes great without it) and let it get hot too. Finally add the milk and stir. If necessary, season with soy sauce.
