Cut the sausages into slices, removing the skin if necessary. Wash the peppers and cut into fine pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Heat a pan, add the oil and fry the diced paprika and onion. Then transfer to a bowl and then fry the sausage well in the same pan. It can sear a bit and be crispy brown.
Return the peppers and onions to the pan. Season with curry (amount to taste), paprika powder, chilli and Worcestershire sauce, then fill up with tomato ketchup and water, mix well and simmer for a few minutes on a low flame.
A delicious rice or simply baguette goes well with it.
