• 3 tomato (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 6 tablespoon oil (rapeseed olive oil)
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
2. Rub a salad bowl with the clove of garlic. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes and add to the bowl. Add the rocket to the bowl.
3. In a shaking beaker, shake the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar until smooth.
4. Then pour the dressing over the salad, mix everything well and serve immediately.
5. Tastes great with grilled food or just bread or rolls.
