Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat in it and season with paprika, pepper and salt. Clean the soup greens and cut into small cubes, add to the minced meat and fry with them.
Put on the pasta water, bring to the boil, season with salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
Add the chunky tomatoes to the minced meat, bring to the boil and simmer the sauce for about 15 minutes. Chop the parsley and stir into the sauce, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Drain the pasta and serve immediately with the soup green Bolognese.
