Cook the spaetzle according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the cleaned spring onions into small rings and the washed peppers into small cubes.
Melt some butter in a pan and fry the chopped salami (or diced bacon) briefly. Add the drained spaetzle and let it steep for a moment.
Then stir in the spring onions and peppers.
Beat the eggs in an extra bowl and stir with a dash of milk with a fork. Pour over the spaetzle and let it set. Season with pepper and salt and stir occasionally.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Close the pan with the lid and let the cheese melt.
