Quark and custard are mixed with the juice of the mandarins until they are creamy. Then you carefully fold in the fruits (you might want to keep some for decoration). Decorate if necessary and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Also tastes very tasty with other canned fruits or simply with multivitamin juice (100-150 ml). By duplicating the ingredients, it is a great dessert for many people.
Due to the low percentage of fat in the low-fat quark, the recipe is also quite low in fat despite the cream pudding.
