Mix the dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough, leave to rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour. Press the dough into a 26 or 28 springform pan, pulling up one edge.
Preheat the oven to approx. 175 degrees.
Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet, stir in the sour cream, carefully fold in the drained mandarins, immediately place in the springform pan on top of the dough and smooth out.
Bake the cake at 175 degrees for approx. 1 - 1.25 hours, leave to cool in the mold.
Tip:
Also tastes delicious with other fruits, e.g., diced canned peaches.
