Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  2. Wash the pears, remove the core and cut the pulp into thin slices. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into fine slices.
  3. Spread the sour cream on the puff pastry and season with salt and pepper. Spread the onion and pear slices on top and sprinkle everything with thyme.
  4. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown for approx. 15-20 minutes. Cut the ham into wide strips and spread them on the tarte flambée 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Serve warm.
  5. A leaf salad or just a glass of white wine goes well with it.
