Mix coffee with cognac or liqueur to taste. Line a rectangular shape with half of the biscuits, drizzle with half of the coffee mixture. Mix the vanilla pudding with the mascarpone and possibly 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Spread half of the cream on the biscuits. Layer the remaining biscuits on top of the pudding and brush with the remaining custard cream.
Chill the dessert for a few hours or overnight, take it out of the refrigerator about an hour before serving and dust with cocoa.
This tiramisu without egg tastes, in my opinion, just like tiramisu according to the original recipe.
