Quick Tomato and Pepper Soup

Instructions
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Cut the pepper into small cubes and quarter the tomatoes.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. Then put the pepper cubes in the saucepan and steam, then add the tomato quarters.
Deglaze with the tomatoes and mix with the water. Stir well and bring to the boil. Add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and the herbs to the saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Baguette goes well with it.
