Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic cloves, chop them up and fry in hot olive oil. Add the tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Let simmer briefly. Then stir in the crème fraiche and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper according to taste. If necessary, season again with balsamic vinegar. Finally, fold in the fresh basil (plucked or chopped).
  2. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes and place in a bowl. Fold in cooked and hot pasta of your choice. Pour the sauce on top and mix everything together. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
  3. We always eat wide ribbon noodles or linguine with it.
