Instructions

  1. Heat the saucepan and add the oil. Cut the onion into cubes and fry briefly in the oil (do not let it brown). Then add the peeled tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Add the cream cheese and heat for a few minutes, pour the meat stock over it and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
