Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the zucchini. Steam the fine onion and garlic cubes in oil until translucent. Add tomato paste and juice, spices and zucchini and cook covered for about 10 minutes.
  2. Process wheat flakes, minced meat, eggs, parsley and thyme into a minced dough, season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. From the dough kl. Shape meatballs, bring to the boil in salted water and let the balls steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Season tomato soup to taste and garnish with drained meatballs.
