First remove the stalks of the fresh mushrooms, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Fry the mushrooms with a little butter or margarine. Season to taste and add Worcester sauce.
While the mushrooms are frying, cook the tortellini with about salt, as stated on the package. When the mushrooms are nice and brown, add the tomatoes and cream. Bring the sauce to the boil briefly and then add the tortellini. Mix everything together and let stand a little on a low temperature.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Fill the pasta with the sauce in the baking dish and then top with the tomato slices and then with the mozzarella slices.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
