Cook the tortellini in salted water for approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
Drain the tangerines and collect the juice.
Mix Miracel Whip with 3/4 tangerine juice and curry well. Cut the ham into small cubes. Then fold in the tortellini, then the cooked ham cubes and finally the mandarins.
I always prepare the salad the day before, because we like it even better when it is pulled through.
