Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Chop the onions. Fry both in hot oil until the potatoes are golden brown.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add to the pan. Mix everything well. Season generously with herbal salt and pepper. Add the tuna. Mix again. Sprinkle herbs on top.
