Heat the oil in a coated pan. Dice the onion and fry in the hot oil. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized pieces and add to the onions. Drain the mushrooms, add and fry with them. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pan as well. Finely dice the garlic clove and fry briefly. Stir in the vegetable stock. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly herbs.
Simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes at low heat.
Finally, season to taste again and serve with rice, pasta or bread.
This recipe can also be perfectly varied with different types of meat and vegetables.
