Roughly grate the zucchini and squeeze out lightly, peel the onion and dice it.
Cut the turkey breast (skinless) into strips or cubes and fry brown in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a coated hot pan and remove from the pan. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and brown the onion cubes, add the squeezed zucchini and squeezed garlic and roast briefly over a high heat. Stir in tomato paste and curry powder and deglaze with milk.
Mix in the soft cheese cut into small cubes, creme fraiche, a little salt and pepper and the chopped herbs, let it steep for a moment and season to taste.
