Season the fish fillets with herb salt, cayenne pepper and curry. Coat a baking dish with oil and place the fillets next to each other. Mix the cream, mustard and ketchup into a sauce and spread it on the fish. Spread the vegetables on top and lightly season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes into slices, place them on the vegetables, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 25 minutes.
Boiled potatoes taste good with this; I prefer whole wheat baguette.
