Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions together with the rosemary over a high temperature. Salt and pepper. When they start to brown, dust with the flour and stir in quickly. Stir in the plum jam and Worcester sauce and deglaze with the black beer and vegetable stock. Simmer the sauce to the desired consistency over medium heat. Finally season with salt and pepper.
  2. If you don`t want to eat the onions, you can pass the sauce through a sieve, but we like to eat them and therefore leave them in the sauce.
