Mix the yoghurt, balsamic vinegar and spices with the whisk, then add the oil and stir! It is important that the spices do not come into contact with the oil first, otherwise the oil will surround the spices and keep them trapped so that they can no longer develop. Add herbs or nuts to taste.
The dressing is suitable for any type of salad.
Variations:
For the cucumber salad, add a pinch of garlic granules.
Dressing without yogurt:
The yogurt can be exchanged for oil.
For a dressing without yoghurt, use 4 tablespoons of oil on 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. The spices must then be mixed with the balsamic vinegar before the oil is added! It is always important to have a 1: 2 ratio of vinegar to oil / fat / yoghurt (1 part vinegar, 2 parts oil).
