Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, cut the zucchini into very thin strips (approx. 3 x 3 mm, 4 cm long, this is best done with a food processor).
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the zucchini strips. Fry until they are nice and soft. Then add the creme fraîche, stir and season with salt and pepper.
Drain and drain the cooked spaghetti and add to the pan. Mix well with the sauce and serve.
