Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the zucchini in olive oil until they are light brown. Deglaze with water and milk, add the cream cheese and let it simmer.
Season with vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Just before serving, add the tomato cubes (if you like, you can peel them) and just let them warm up. Serve with the drained pasta.
