Ingredients
- 2 quince (s), peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 apple, aromatic, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 100 g suar, brown
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, some it zest and juice
- 250 ml juice, (quince juice, apple juice may also work)
- 1 tablespoon, leveled spice mixture (apple pie spice)
- 0.5 piece ½ (s) vanilla pod (s), scraped off
Instructions
- Let the brown sugar melt in the saucepan, deglaze with the quince juice (or apple juice).
- Add the spices and the chopped fruits and let them soften well, this takes at least 15 minutes.
- Then pass through a fine sieve (because of the grains in the quince) and refrigerate.
- To serve, cut off small dumplings and arrange quark mousse together with a dough on plates.
