Instructions

  1. The apple quince, it can also be pear quince, rub with a cloth, wash, peel and core. Cut the quince into narrow pieces and place in lemon juice so that they don`t tarnish. Then peel and core the mango and cut into narrow pieces.
  2. Cook the quinces in the water until they are soft. Then add the mango and let it boil briefly. Fill the whole thing up with the apple juice and let it cool down.
  3. Now add the preserving sugar and citric acid and leave to take effect, then boil for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet, place in clean, hot twist-off glasses and close tightly.
