Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa in the sieve and place in a saucepan. Add the milk and a dash of water and bring to the boil. Peel and slice the banana and add to the quinoa. Add 1 tablespoon flaxseed. Let the porridge cook for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly. If necessary, add a little more milk or water. If you like, sprinkle the porridge with raisins, nuts and cinnamon.
  2. By cooking the banana, it unfolds its sweetness and you don`t need any sugar. The porridge is ready as soon as the quinoa is soft.
