Wash the quinoa thoroughly and let it drain. Cut the onion and bell pepper into cubes and fry briefly. Add the quinoa and vegetable stock. Put the lid on and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the broccoli in florets. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir every now and then and add more liquid if necessary. Add the natural yoghurt, the curry powder and the mustard and stir well.
