Instructions

  1. Wash the quinoa with warm / hot water to remove the bitter substances.
  2. Boil quinoa in 2 1/2 times the amount (with 150 g quinoa that`s 375 ml) of water in a saucepan, drain after 15 minutes
  3. Chop the onion, halve the tomatoes and dice the sheep`s cheese.
  4. Fry the minced meat and onion in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
  5. When the minced meat is well done, add the quinoa, tomatoes and sheep`s cheese, mix everything well and season with salad herbs.
