- Wash the quinoa with warm / hot water to remove the bitter substances.
- Boil quinoa in 2 1/2 times the amount (with 150 g quinoa that`s 375 ml) of water in a saucepan, drain after 15 minutes
- Chop the onion, halve the tomatoes and dice the sheep`s cheese.
- Fry the minced meat and onion in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
- When the minced meat is well done, add the quinoa, tomatoes and sheep`s cheese, mix everything well and season with salad herbs.
