Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa very thoroughly in a sieve under running water until only clear water runs off.
  2. Then cook in 300 ml of water for about 15 minutes, pour off the remaining water and let the mixture cool down.
  3. In the meantime, bring the milk (alternatively almond milk or rice milk) together with the vanilla pod, sugar and sea salt to the boil and also let it cool down.
  4. Mix the flour together with the baking powder and mix in the eggs and quinoa well. Then stir in the vanilla milk (without the pod), stirring constantly.
  5. Grease a pan or the Airfryer grill pan with butter or oil and dust with sugar.
  6. Pour in the dough in portions and fry the pancake in the pan on both sides or bake at 160 ° C in the preheated Airfryer for approx. 5 minutes.
